The Handguard is SAI-marked and is proprietary to the Barrel Nut. The Barrel Nut is not threaded and torqued, but rather uses a "Sandwiching" system based on 4 Longitudinal Bolts similar in concept to the Daniel Defence DD5 .308 rifle. This system is believed to enhance accuracy as far as the SAI engineers are concerned.

Might be a silly question but the charging handle is on the left side of the rifle? I really appreciate you taking the time to post a pic of the rifle but would it be possible to post a pic of the other side of the rifle as well?

He said in an ealier post that hes leaving the left side for monday. Fingers crossed its not a poptart slot, if its actually sealed up or has a cover of sorts Im sold

You will be pleased with what you see, very reminiscent of another design we used to have access to... not my favourite layout but I think it'll satisfy most folks, it's heads and shoulders above all the other 180s.
 
Ok it's not bad looking. Looks Way better then the other crap on the market ws,wk and the wx ####. Hopefully it functions better then the other brands.
