New, old .260 mtn rifle

Well, got out on my bench this morning with my neighbor, even though it is sitting in a huge puddle of water(Huge nearby drift melting) and we had about a 40km gusting cross wind. I bore sighted it at 50 yards and shot a group of three, all were just about touching just needed a small scope adjustment and onto 100.

Shooting Factory Federal 120g Nosler BT(rifle came with over 5 boxes) at 100, here is the first group:

A small scope adjustment and here is the second:

Don't have my calipers here but both groups are just under an inch from center to center. Because of the cross wind I decided to leave it as is for now. Not great, but not bad for the first 9 shots out of this gun since it has been put together and using factory loads. I will dial it in a bit better on a calm day and get a bit more used to the rifle/trigger. I am pretty happy with it though so I guess I wont be selling it for a few weeks ;)
