Yup I'm having trouble with mine on my HP9...it screws on only so the face is upside down sideways. :mad:

please forgive my ignorance here but, is a pump in that configuration restricted or non-restricted? A one word answer is fine...I don't need all the legal stuff (I already know its convoluted and confusing)
