Ahh it appears it is. Its usually the last day of the month but since that is a Saturday of a long weekend the third is the first business day following. My mistake.

so how do mark the time and date on these new tags???
Same way as the old one im assuming. My wolf tag has the time and dates printed just as before. Will find out for sure when my deer tag comes in I suppose
The online version, while not very intuitive is nice. It knows that you have a deer license so it makes the antlerless draw available to you but you have to go through the purchase process with the draw costing $0.00. Make sure you check out at the end to actually complete it.
