Glock 17 Gen 4 would be my choice. Mags are plentiful. 34 parts including the mag. Simplicity. The Glock may feel strange if you have become familiar with other pistols. I started with a 17 Gen4 and found after mastering that platform every other pistol i've shot has been easier.
IF you like plastic go for a sig 320, I had one and they work very nice, if you like steel, a cz75-85 is tough to beat, but it is what you like. Try as many at a range as you can?
From your list CZ Shadow would be my choice for sure among hammer guns. Best in class in striker fire pistols would be the Walther PPQ M2 5" or Q5 Match. Both are great guns! Have a Sig P226 Tac Ops ...which i like...but I like both my Shadow and PPQ much better, mainly for their superior triggers.
Or if you have an irrational aversion to revolvers try a classic semi-auto, e.g. the 1911 or the HiPower. Remember if you buy something good and don't pay over the rate you can sell it or trade it if you don't like it enough.
