New Pistol Training Aid

With that approach, I guess you have to ask yourself...is that 500 rounds of meaningful ammo, where you get feedback on your proficiency, then learn something, then improve...or are you just having fun blowing ammo. Not many folks are capable of improving on their own, without some kind of external feedback. If you are serious about improvement, $150 is a drop in the bucket IMO...and I don't have wads of cash laying about. $75/hour for one-on-one shooting instruction. Two hours of that and it will be the best $150 you have ever spent. This item, if it is halfway decent, you get to use forever. Looking forward to Ganderite's review.

I went and I bought MantisX and I must say it is very useful. To see how much wobble you have before and during the trigger squeeze is very useful to me.

I was sceptical and the $150 was a big turn off for me, but I'm glad I bought this thing. It does help quite a bit and it is addictive!!!

After my very positive experience with MantisX, I went and bought iTargetPro, still in the mail, I cannot wait to try this one as well.

With these tools, you can practice at home and go to the range just to test your skills.
