fulton is anti canadian so i doubt it highly.
I've made a few handguards up from carbon fiber/fiberglass but not going to go there for any resale.
besides, there is no gain in replacing a norc handguard with one from fulton .... they serve the same purpose, look identical and quality is not much different. They are simply there for guys who have damaged thier gi ones and need a new replacement. I have 3 fulton handguards to compare to my norc and variuos dated G.I. ones.... i prefer the old G.I. handguards..... they are a little fatter and more rigid. bit it's the same.... they are all just handguards
