The 1x and 3x are different sizes, this is one area that Primary Arms has dropped the ball. They offer a ton of different mount options in the box but what I'd like to see in the box is some thread on flip up caps. If that's not possible, I'd like to be able to at least easily order and buy some. Hopefully they will do that down the road....

Yeah between the different size Anti Reflection Devices and caps they really could make it easier for us, I mean just charge us $60 more and give us both some caps and the ARD with the optic already.

So what model ARD do I need to order for the 3x SLx prism optic? Is there any even available anywhere?

I purchased one of these a few weeks ago and this 3X micro prism did not disappoint. I have it mounted on my Ruger PCC. I have no negatives about this unit except it will take a mag or 2 to find the optimum eye relief but after that its smooth sailing.. Its very bright, clear and the ACSS reticle is a nice size for my aging eyes. The diopter ring moves very smoothly. The illumination is fantastic. Most of the time I shot with it on level 4 setting inside. Outside i did not need to turn the unit on. The black etched reticle is very clear and easy to pick up. I was shooting out to 100 yards. I sold my 1x PA as I found the reticle just too small for my eye sight.

If you are on the fence about getting this micro prism just buy one and you will not be disappointed. Tundra supply has these for 374.99 and the 1X micro prism for 349.99. I thought it was a misprint but I called and confirmed the price with them. After the call I order another one for my wife's GSG16.

Tundra has been out a while now. Seems like $449 is as low as it gets..? If anyone has a better source please share or PM. Looking to grab one or two ASAP. If I can get it for $350 it makes more sense than screwing around with a US address.

No it doesn't, especially when PA has clearance items, out of box, or blemished. Picked up a brand new PA MD 25 RDO a month ago for $99 usd, $130 cad to my door. Regular price in cad $219.99 +tax, +shipping.


Should be a black Friday/Thanksgiving sale this weekend too.

Wow, I definitely need to start watching the PA site. I didn't think the gap would/could be that large.
