New Product Development

Mauser 98, then 96. Lots of surplus actions, lots of commercial actions, lots of custom rifles built on the 98 action. I bet there would be a large market. And probably less competition for aluminum chassis than either rem or savage.

that's a good idea! Lots of good mauser actions but with crappy wood.

I'd also say that you may sell some Swiss K31 stocks too. Again, great, great actions but many ####ty old beat up stocks.

There have been some interesting suggestions, Howa 1500, Mauser '98, Mauser '96, K31... I bet theat someone suggested a P-14, and I just missed it.

How about something for everyone? Make a stock, maybe something like the LSS, but the center-section, where the action bolts-up, delete it.

Then make center sections for the individual actions. With all that fancy CNC stuff, I'd think it would be possible to make some precise and robust dovetails that will be nearly as strong as billet and would only require small machine screws to lock everything into position.

Or... Keep the center-section deleted, and go to barrel-blocks to hold the barreled actions.

And as long as we are "dovetailing" stuff together, those guys that want longer forends, just sell them longer chunks that dovetail onto the chassis.

I'm not saying these ideas are perfect, I can see the barrel-block idea being kind of tough for a repeater, for instance and none of these will work for a Lee Enfield.

It would be even better if the were able to make a stock with integrated magwell designed to accept CZ or Savage mags to solve the problem of the discontinued norinco magazines.

I would consider any decent stock for NS 522. ANYTHING in Canada would be awesome. Great shooter/seller but a crappy stock. Provide and it will sell.

Not really a new product request, but for your current products, I'm sure people would order OD Green if you offered that. Don't know if a flat white color would be popular or not, but I'd get one (when I can afford it!)

Precision butt for carbine buffer would be great. Adjustable cheek piece, fine tune lop, etc. Not really much out there like that.

There is... sorta. It's from a competitor, though:

Not sure if some collaboration/cooperation between the two would be possible; it looks like the above should just screw right on to an LSS.

Is there any plans for making qd mount plate just the qd hole no rail? Like krg and magpul make? I was kind of surprised not to find a qd hole In each side of the fore end on my lss-xl.

Unfortunately we have no plans for this. We have the option to mount a rail for this as you mentioned, and our buttstocks have it built in.

i have a marlin x7vh but no one makes a chassis or even a after market stock for it wondering if you guys have ever considered this action im not sure about how much demand there is seeing your always expanding your line thought i would ask mines a short action btw in .223 thanks
