NEW PRODUCT: Genuine LRB Forged M14 Bolt w/roller Jan 2010

My issue is, that I could *commit* to one, but I usually buy things when the extra cash pops up, I have a harder time planning for future purchases...

I would "bet" that the bolts aren't made in the US. His ad would say so. Made in the USA would be a big selling point and it wasn't used!

Good point NavyCuda.... I spoke with Rick on the phone the other day.. I shoulda ran that by him.
I guess I am always shamelessly plugging Dlask and although Dlask Arms Corp is not a direct sponsor here but Blue Line is and blue line is for lack of a better word "affiliated" with Dlask.
Perhaps other dealers will take notice and step up to the plate and get us these bolts ... LRB or Wayne manufacturing... As long as they are g.I. Spec , we'll buy em

As much as I need a bolt I need a source of cost effective ammo with far greater urgency... taking only 40-100 rounds at a time to shoot isn't as much fun.

At least the 9mm P226 gets a work out of at least 500 rounds per trip...

Guys,
One more month and we will have the answer. I for one am of the opinion that if LRB can make their own receivers, they are certainly capable of making their own bolts.
I seriously doubt they are just going to peddle Wayne Machine's bolts!
I am fully expecting "genuine" american made bolts here. Yes they carry the RWB oprods, but they list them as import right on their site.
Give LRB a chance here!

I would buy a USGI bolt or a USGI spec new MFG bolt made in Canada or USA as long as the price is not insane. And if LRB is making these bolts in the USA they still need to be imported into Canada somehow. If they are marketed as M1A forged bolt it should be no problem.

Should get ATRS to get them, at least he's a CGN sponser :p

Does Joe ever post here?

THis topic seems to pop up once awhile so here is the answer.:p

Dlask was a paid dealer for one year, probably two years ago, to sell those uber short shortguns -

There were quite a bit of negative comments on their products and customer services around the 9" uber short shotgun fiasco.....there were some expectations that CGN was required to censor bad press about a dealer/manufacturer.

And they never came back.

Thats a shame. Hey life happens and if a bad batch of product creating some negative feedback is enough to make a dealer not support such an open minded and high membership forum, thats their choice.

Live and learn, and i am sure if they came back with other good products, the name will be good, if it is not already. I have heard alot of good things about Dlask myself. :)
