new product idea from everyone!!Need your opinion.Thank you

Something based on the sks-d that takes all mags....maybe AK furniture...AK lookalikes would be super hot here in Canada

Sounds similar to the Type 81S, although it doesn't looked like they used AK mags. I'd be just as happy to see them use CZ858 mags as they are quite plentiful in Canada. Guaranteed it would be prohibited in Canada.. but it would be awesome to see them up here.

Out of curiousity, what made the Valmet non restricted in Canada? What are the chances that we will ever see knock offs imported?

Lobbying MPs by Valmet (and probably the Finnish government). The way it works, is it is literally written into to the law that "valmet hunter" and 2 of their other models are exempt from the prohibited status. ... and no, it doesn't make any sense. Nothing new there.

Researching further I stumbled across what was causing my confusion. I was looking at Valmet as a model, while it appears to be the company's name. As China doesn't seem to hold the same copyright laws as we see over here.. what if they were to stem off a smaller company named Valmet for the Canadian market? Or is this becoming a convoluted waste of time? :p

1) A bolt action 7.62x54R that isnt a Mosin Nagant.
2) A PPSH-41 looking type of semi auto that takes Tokarev TT33 magazines. It would be cool if it could even resemble a Ruger PC9/PC40.
3) SKS-D

Lever action (trapper/carbine) in 7.62x39 and 308

Pointy centerfire bullets and lever actions is not a good idea.

I'd buy a 9mm lever action though. I think it strange our Southern neighbors, with their love of both handguns and cowboy guns, don't seem to make a single 9mm lever action.

Damn this not being able to edit.

I was assuming lever action automatically meant tube magazine. A box magazine lever action would be OK in those calibers. I've never seen a box magazine lever action, and if that's right: you'd have a bunch of engineering work (including making sure the magazine didn't get in the way of the lever's swing).

9mm could use a tube mag, so could be based on common lever action designs (whose rights have long since expired).

Aparently, the Russians had a 7.62x54r lever action made by Winchester at one point.

cheap semi auto 5.56 or some kind would be awesome also something also short bolt action rifle with iron sites and option for glass chambered in 5.56

I'd like some barrel options for my Hatsan MPA-TS. Something with removable chokes.
I'd also like a pistol caliber carbine. One that uses Sig 226 mags (just cause I like my NP22 so much!)
