i ordered some of this norinco when this post first came out. I got out to the range this weekend I have to say this ammo doesn't seem to shoot straight. I'm not expert but i went to the range with this and some winchester stuff a friend gave me he had laying around for years and at a mere 10 yards i had issues with the norinco but the winchester was waaay better and far more on target.
I haven't had a chance to a comparable cost federal or anything but overall i probably wouldn't rebuy the norinco 9mm unless it was incredibly cheap.
