I'm trying to import this from Russia. Is it ok or you would be more interested in army style?

TeaPot, I like this holster, any ETA yet?

Makarov - CFO Transfer

Have to really give it to the Ontario CFO - 1 day transfer approval! Just got a word 5 minutes ago (called them myself).

TeaPot - please ship ASAP, can't wait.

Thanks,

Have any of you Ontario guys sent a "thankyou for the quick work" note to the cfo office,( praise always helps grease the wheels) for making the effort? Everyone likes to be acknowledged When they make the extra effort!

"Thanks for not whipping me today, Master!"

Since this thread has been bumped Im going to jump in here and ask about the parts kits....

... and the holster...

I am still waiting on the holster myself. After a stretch waiting on reloading components and then some free time, I finally have my first batch of 9x18 ammo loaded and should be test firing my Mak next week sometime. Report to follow with some pics if at all possible.

I have one in .380 Auto and have put about 100 rounds through it so far with no FTF's or FTE's. The pistol is well-built and seems accurate (more so than I am). I can tell you that it is definitely nicer to shoot than a Walther PP in .380. The Walther is much snappier and leaves you a little sore between your thumb and index finger after 50 rounds or so. This pistol is well built and in fact my only complaint is the cheezy gold lazer etching on the slide. The good thing is the etching isn't deep at all, so my slide is going out to get polished and re-blued. After that's done I've got one of the reddish-brown Soviet surplus grips to go on it as well as a surplus leather lanyard. Then AFAIC it'll look the way it should've when it came out of the box.
