New production SKS available?

Holy sense of entitlement Batman. Who cares what they paid? Why would anyone have an issue with a business selling goods at fair market value? The point of running a business is to make money.

Not in the communist paradise Brother. This forum is infected with the crypto communists. Just look how many would like to regulate the f#%* out of the EE forum daily. Idea of the free market is their biggest enemy. Same here, in this topic.

I missed out the last few years on some really good deals, and now that I'm looking I can't find the gems. I still think there is a lot of value in a quality sks, they just don't make guns like that any more ... even in the modern price range $600-800$. I would love to find some really nice examples, I wont be putting it off again if I find what I'm looking for.

What is with the Marstar whining? Capitalism runs on buy low sell high. so do all businesses. Marstar sold new Chinese SKS's for the market price. How they came by them is not relevant. The fact that they sold it all means that they priced em properly.
If you want to be a generous, go buy a batch of desirable stuff at a great price and blow it out at a bargain. Now you're a philanthropist and nice guy. But you're a lousy business man. Marstar is run by people who own a business and risk their own capital to achieve a profit, get over it.

There are still amazing sks's out there to be had. I bought a mint refurb at Cabelas a month or two ago. It was parkarized, numbers matching non-frankenpinned on sale for $250
