New ramp dovetail for Win 94??

I have a 1975 Win 94 in 30-30 with a 20 carbine barrel, it has the style with a ramp on the barrel for the sight do go into a dovetail on the ramp. In trying to remove my factory sight with a punch and sqrew out tool my friend squashed the slot for the hood, and the dovetail is torn all to H#LL. I was wondering if someone makes metal replacement ramps to go onto the barrel and weither they are sqrewed onto the barrel or saudered on. How hard would it be for a gunsmith to remove the factory one and install a new one?? Thanks

So there are no sqrews on my ramp so it must be silver saudered on, I wanna keep my factory barrel I just wanna remove the ramp and have a gunsmith sauder on a new one. Has anyone seen new ramps just like the factory ones for sale??
 
The ramp may be spot welded on. Two oval spots.
There are a variety of ramps available. Williams is one maker.
Are you sure the exisiting dovetail could not be reshaped and cleaned up?

I cleaned it up a bit, and now the new sight is in the dovetail but there is a small chunk missing between the dovetail floor and the slot for the hood. It works as is right now, but this gun has sentimental value and im anal as hell, I like to keep it in mint cond!! My barrel is like brand new and I dont wanna mess with removing it, so if I could find a good quality ramp that resembles the factory ones I would buy it and have a gunsmith install it. Thanks
