Yeah, I'm curious how the suits will rule on this one.

I'm guessing that it's probably another Mossberg Plinkster action in a plastic shell, so it may already have an FRT.

The suits ruled that the Mossberg 715T (AR-15 lookalike) was indeed a Mossberg Plinkster, based on the action.
That's why they're non-restricted.

This one could go either way, depending on what mood somebody is in on the day it crosses their desk.
