In case you missed it. Canadian Black Rifle Mag got the inside scoop on a new Chassis produced by Cadex. Darren said he'll be releasing more info as it comes close to being released onto the market.

You can check out the blog post here.

The Tac 21 made by MDT Engineered Accuracy in Chilliwack, B.C. is a very nice product too.

Oops, I see there are postings about them already...

Dame nice, about time some one got something nice Comparable With Brit made AICS, very interesting.

I'm partial to the MSR style stock but not its anticipated price tag. With any luck, you won't require a second mortgage on your home to buy this stock.

I don't see where they've indicated what mag system it'll take. I suspect AICS mags. If so, will the chassis support the .223 AICS mags?

Excuse my ignorance but at just over 9.5lbs that would be considered a competition/bench gun right? Would that stock would be to heavy to hunt with? it looks very cool tho

Oh how I wish someone could post a photo of Henry Rempel's stock that he shoots with (and sells) . It would SOoooo put this into perspective.

The complete rifle is around 13lbs. Not designed at all for competition/bench.

Basically the same design.

will the chassis support the .223 AICS mags

I'm still confirming mags

I would assume its going to be more than than an AI and justifiably so. It looks very high quality and I would like to buy one...any idea on release date? Sorry for all the stupid questions and thanks

If it's anywhere close to $1,200 then I'm likely not interested. When the MSR chassis finally comes to market, its anticipated price will be in the same range. I'd rather have the "real deal" than a knock-off at that price point.

In general, I think people are paying a rediculous amount of money for these modular stocks. If it weren't for the "tactical craze" you see in the firearms community today, I'd be inclined to believe these stocks would be significantly less in price.
