new Remington Model Seven Threaded

And now it's a 16.5" barrel - it looks like the barrel contour is slightly heavier on this model aswell.

I'm not feeling it.... For me I would rather a normal m7 - but whatever floats your boat.

Too bad they felt the need to thread the muzzle. I'd prefer a plain old 16.5" barrel with no flare out to the threaded portion. Chambered in 6mm Creed, 6.5 Creed & 7mm-08 wouldn't hurt either. But Remington isn't that smrt

Not a Rem fan, and not particularly feeling the features... I had several of the Ruger M77 MKII compacts with similar features, that I dropped into "big boy" stocks, but came to the conclusion that an 18.5" (RSI) or 20" (RL) configuration was a better fit for me... and there is ZERO need for the threaded muzzle, but of course they are designing for the well armed, Southern US market. Not a fan of the bulky picatinny rail either.

.............Go'in furr a ripp arrrr yah boy.............

That song just flashed t'ween me ears.

I suppose they make plastic camo ahhhtire in that skeem and one would be styl'in.

Yuck
