Well guys problem solved! After cleaning the living S*** out of it and burning another box and a half of expensive ammo I took it in and they removed the scope and it had some dents where the kid that tried to put it on the first time had the fore and rear scope mount backwards the first time and torqued it down denting the tube! They replaced the scope no problem and gave me a free box of shells and I took it out and shot AWSOME groups with the Federal cheapy 180 grains. Sorry about the delayed response but my internets been down for a few days.
