Unless you are able to import it with a full stock so when it lands it is in NON-Restricted form and NEVER came in as restricted. Yes.....I understand the SBR regulations in the states that would make this difficult. But I still think this could happen if you know the right people :)
 
If anyone sees someplace carrying these I hope that they will let us know!!!

I'll go for one restricted or not. Only thing to do then will be find a place to shoot handgun silhouette.

Might even have to break down and get a matching rifle at that point. I think I'm the only person I know who has never owned a 10/22.
 
Buy a non-restricted 10/22 and buy a Charger. Take the Charger barrel off and mount it on the non-restricted 10/22 receiver and with a full stock (stock mods necessary I imagine).....voila.....non restricted with 10" barrel.

Then you end up with a Charger with a 18" BBL :cool:

It would be an awful expensive way to end up with a short barreled 10-22
