I just got home today my GP100 357magnum. 6" barrel and stainless. Comes from the factory with Hogue grips. I am pleasantly suprised. This is a good revolver. I am using reloads of 38spec, 154 gr SWC, 4 gr of Hodgsens Titegroup powder. I am shooting all 10 on paper and scoring at 20 yards. Right out of the box and no adjusting sights at all. This is a nice shooter. I don't know if anyone else has tried these revolvers but I would recommend trying them out.

I've since moved away from using .38's in the GP-100 and went to .357 cases just to minimize the cleasing of the cylinder... (You can make pretty much the same loads).

I like the GP-100, but I am not a fan of the new grips... I like the old rosewood insert ones.

i kept waiting for the 4.25 inch ish barrel ones to arrive at my local gun store but after a month of it not showing up, i ended up buying a lever action instead (i know there's no relation between the two :D). congrats on your buy

Had my 4" since they first came to Canada. Used it for eons in bullseye shooting. 148 grain WC's with 2.7 grains of Bullseye. Do the trigger job.

Showoff.... Still rubbing in your quick ATT I see. ;) Just wait until wednesday night.... I've got a couple new toys to play with as well and my LTATT should be here in time... :D

Congrats on the new gun. I almost bought a GP100 as my first handgun but ended up with a XD40. They are a nice revolver and I will get one sooner or later.
