Please do some reading on a shotgun forum or two. I know what it's like when you like a particular manufacturer, and you see one of their guns and it looks sooo nice. Over under shotguns are not the guns you want to save money on...there is a reason the good ones are expensive. I don't believe you have to spend tens of thousands, but the less costly ones are quite often just a pain in the butt. If you're only going to buy one gun (good luck with that!) make it a good one. Good luck with whatever you decide...C.

Looks like Ruger Junior has not been doing his homework. The SKBs were lighter.
And the newer Browning 725 O/U comes in at almost a full pound lighter.

Another RRL series will fall on it's face because they push the envelope to eight pounds IMO.

Not A RRL but I bought my new shotgun off Prophet River because I could find it anywhere. They are great
