New Ruger Sp101 22's For sale down south!

It's not their first.... but it has better adjustable sights and an 8 round cylinder!
I'm glad it doesn't have a full underlug.

Ruger 22lr revolvers, have to my knowledge at least, always been single action. This one is double action.

Ruger has been making double action revolvers for the past 30 years. Their present lineup includes the GP-100, Redhawak, Super Redhawk, LCR and SP01.

Ok You've convinced me. I will buy when they become available. Now gotta make space by selling this one.

Thanks, I didn't know that. They stopped making them 5 years before I got into this stuff. Learn something new everyday, I can put my fingers in my ears for the next 23 hours 25 minutes :p

Post 19 above, has a picture of the early version of the SP01 in .22lr. The new gun will have better sights and a half lug.

The SP01 was made in 22LR sometime ago and then dropped from production.

True. As I posted earlier, #19, I lucked into an older model.

Great little handgun but if I had a criticism of that earlier model it would be the only 'partially' adjustable rear sight. It appears that has been corrected on the newer ones.
