New Sask trespassing laws

Actually, I'm just a grouchy old sum##### who's dug one too many rotten geese out of my combine, picked up too many broken beer bottles from my pasture, and taken too much crap from people who feel they have a RIGHT to do what they want on my land.

Some of the time folks can actually get along with me :D And I only fantasize about castrating a trespasser, I probably won't ever really do it.

Hmmmm, I think we'd get along real well tumbleweed. For years I've talked of hooking the power line to the top strand of the perimeter fence. That way you only need to collect the boots at teh end of season.

Can anyone tell we've had our share of trespassing? They are as good as poachers. IMO

It's not bad yet...wait until rifle season opens, then I'll have a parade of orange tenis balls riding around in trucks hunting deer. Usually they don't know they are on my property until they see the roof of my house. This doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I'm going to post my cell number this year in hopes they will call BEFORE entering my property.
Oh, and I really, really enjoy the stench of my dog after she's rolled around in a gut pile...it just fills me with Christmas cheer. ;)
I really don't mind road hunters. The better job they do keeping the road and easments clear of deer, the fewer deer I get to mow down with my truck.

I just don't get some people.I hunt Saskatchewan for geese every fall. All the fields are unfenced and unposted, but I wouldn't think of stepping on to someones land without permission.Usually I can find the owners with a RM map and a phone book, but if I can't I leave the birds alone and look for another field.I've never been turned down for permission, and have made a number of lifetime friends amongst the farmers I've talked to.Maybe it's because I grew up on a farm in BC,but I will not trespass,it's a matter of common courtesy to me.
