There was a story in American Rifleman or Petersens' Rifleman about the Savage F-class factory rifle. The part that got my attention was how they prototyped the rifle with additive plotter ink. Instead of bubble jets squirting thin coats of ink on paper, the plotter laid down heavy but precise layers of medium. After the plotter stopped, the operator picked up a solid model and shook off the superfluous media. Maybe this stock is one of those.

Greetings,

OK, here come some newb questions.

1) What Savage rifles will it work with (Does it have to have detachable box magazine)?
2) Is it a simple matter of dropping the action and barrel in or will it require professional work to get it up to shooting shape?
3) How much (a ball park price is good enough right now)?

Thanks,

Matt
