check the ejector pin spring too if you havnt already i guess, but Id still bet it just needs the extra time to cycle that a H buffer would add, just sounds like the action is moving to fast if the ejector pin/spring is fine

it could, but I was talking about the eJECTtor the small pin on the front of the bolt face that "pushes" the round out and too the side, but it is worth it to have a good spring/o ring on the EXtractor as well. I have an O ring on my PDW
Well what a dissappointing day. Tried three other buffers from standard, H, Spike's T2 and T3. Also tried them with JP Tuned buffer spring. With the T3 Buffer the brass barely gets out of the ejection port and had caused more FTeject. Some brass fell right by my feet and some 2-3 feet away. The trigger slap was also there but not all the time. The best combo I could do for the day was the standard spring and buffer. Less FTEs and the brass were getting ejected 3-5feet away at the 1-1:30 o'clock position. Again no issues with the bolt locking back after last round.
Maybe it is completely undergassed. =o(
