So I just picked up a Simmons 22 Mag http://www.simmonsoptics.com/riflescopes/22_mag.cfm

Model 51172, to replace the cheap Bushnell that was on my Takedown. Talking to the guys at Gone Fishing, I found out that the Bushnell is about a $40 or $50 scope, and is usually sold with the Savage 11FCXP3 or 111FCXP3.

I had found that after taking a part, and transporting the Takedown, that every time I put the gun back together the Scope was out.. I hope just the scope was the issue.

loosing it's zero after taking the rifle down and reasembling it prob has nothing to do with the scope

Why would it be a problem with the assembly/disassembly. I'm not banging the gun around, it just clicks, and pulls apart. Even after I went to my hard case, the last two times at the range, the scope was once again out of zero.

I haven't had a chance to zero in the Simmons, as I haven't been home since Last Sunday..

It's not a "problem" per se, it's just the nature of the beast. High-grade return-to-zero scope mounts that actually do what they claim can easily cost as much or more for just the mount (not including the scope or the gun) than the entire price of a typical take-down .22 with scope and mounts included. Precision costs money. Sloppier manufacturing tolerances allow for lower prices, but they cost you in other ways...like return-to-zero precision.
