I'd say "no"...

It's a choke... We swap out chokes all the time depending on what the stage calls for..

After reading this and post 32. I think the question is what happens when someone loads 10 of the start being a mistake or on purpose, it does happen. I would think a procedural per extra shell beyond nine, but thats just an idea.
