New Shop in Richmond - Eagle Hunting Supplies LTD

Just wanted to say thanks to Ricky who took his time and showed us a couple of firearms. I really appreciated this.

Btw.. heads up for anyone driving to the store. It's pay parking on the street, and 3hrs free parking in the plaza.
 
I for one am done with them. I have been in frequently lately as I have had some spare time. Each time I have bought something and dropped $30 or $40... Both the last time and today I was harassed by their staff for coming in to often... I guess either I don't spend enough but I don't need to be harassed by people looking for me to spend my money and I can tell you I am done shopping there.

Hey Marty, its Ricky, im sorry about your experience for the last few times you came in. i was on my lunch break when you came in so i wasnt around when it happened. i hope you will come back to the store cause your one of our valued customers thats i always have a blast talking to. i had a talk with that person and he said he had no intention of making you feel unwanted at the shop but just a meaningless joke. he didnt mean what he said but you were gone before he got a chance to run out to talk to you.

come on by and we will make things right for you cause your one of our loyal customers. =)

Hi Marty, it's Lewis! It was just a misunderstanding. I was serving another customer at the other corner. And you came in from another end. All I said was " Hey it's you". What I meant was "Hey it's you, welcome back". Then you said "don't you want to see me? ". Then I said "I want to see you everyday". I didn't know you would took it the total opposite way and had your face all red and gone. I did not recall you name. But i did recognize your face. That's why i wanted to greet you like a return customer and was trying to make you coming back more often. But you took it the wrong way. I ran outside and tried to explain to you but you did not turn your head back.

I will give you 15% discount on any accessories you buy next time if you want to come in. Hope that explains!

No offense intended Marty, but I think you might be a bit thin skinned here... I go there ALL the time because it's my local "fun" store. Ricky, Lewis & everyone else there have always treated me well. I have never ever heard them complain about "lookie lou's" or guys who just "live there".

They are open 6 days a week (pretty much unheard of in this industry) and everyone there works hard to try to make Eagle Hunting a success.

Ricky and Lewis, Marty is your customer and your response is admirable. If Marty still feels "disrespected" and not coming back just me give "his" discount and I will happily give you more business!!
 
Props to Ricky and Lewis for trying to work this out.
Starting a business is tough and customer service is so important.
These guys are doing what they can.
I have only been in the store a few times, the service has been great and I was grateful they had just the right rings for my K31 metric scope mount.

Nothing but good to say about Eagle, I have been in a few times and had good service and conversation everytime. Got some good deals too.
 
I second that, always had good experiences at eagle. Good selection of accessories with good prices too and on top of that a friendly environment. Something a number of shops in the lower mainland of BC could definitely improve on. Keep it up guys.
 
The people there are nice but they dont stock a lot of the more popular ammo (.223 or 45 acp), some of the prices are okay but I got hosed on my felix flashlight purchased for 20% higher than other places. If they run some ammo deals and keep stock ill be back but last few times I went away empty handed which sucks because it is 4 blocks away

we also have .223 and 45 ACP in stock. do you have a brand preference?
 
Nice to offer but I couldnt find the receipt to save my life. Do you have any spam cans of Norinco .223, I know there are rare but heres to hoping or steel cased russian stuff for plinking, any brass will do for competitions.

American Eagle preferred for 45 acp.

no American Eagle for 45 ACP but we have the 223 in Federal.

at the moment we dont carry any Norinco products
