New shotguns, MAG-FED and SHORTIES - NEW PICS

can am will you be selling just choked barrel seperate from the firearm so people can just upgrade there original grizzley and what knid of price are we looking at for the mag feed 8.5 inch

I'd take a modified... and @ $10, I'd probably had a full choke as well, in case I ever decide to take it out shooting some trap ;)

(Are we talking about the 12.5 regular pump or the 12.5 mag fed?)

I believe 12.5 mag feed is still on CanAm's R&D bench, together with 8.5.

It's the newly improved 12.5 tube feed he is running on production line.

canam will you be sell the choked barrels as single units so it could be used on the original grizzley or will i need to by a new gun also to get the removable choked barrell ( just wondering)

Interesting article in the Feb issue of SAR regarding shotgun barrel lengths. They take a single shot and cut it in 1 inch increments and measure the velocity and spread. They conclude that 12" is the magic number for length vs. velocity.

I've heard that number for years. I suspect that they're right and it's probably a relatively consistent thing. One of those things that 'old timers coulda told ya iff'n you'd jest asked' :D

Biggest factor is the burning speed of gun powder. Since morden powder used in SG will completed burned when Slug/pallets reach 12" inside barrel, it is the magical number.

In military world, a longer barrel is a must - so nobody would see your muzzle flash. But I heard huge fireball is "much preferred" among GNZs.:runaway:

Any chance, CanAm, you can get your manufacturer's to build this...
Havin' 10 rounds, selectable, in a bullpup, makes me all warm an' fuzzy...:D

So we are sorting out the chokes for the new shipment of 12.5" guns. They come with 1 IC choke. Would you rather buy the extra chokes or have them included with the gun? Either way they will cost $10.

Which chokes would people like?

Modified choke I prefer. When are you expecting the next shipment of 12.5's?.

I think they would sell well at that price. Just over half of what the Valtro costs now.

and its 100$ for valtro mags:confused:.

i realy REALY want one of those 12.5 tube shottys with a pistol fore end.

300$ for a 12" shotty! everywhere around here its 500$ and there charging 600 for your grizz arms one too!:shotgun::slap:

by the way id like mod choke, its the do all
