New shotguns, MAG-FED and SHORTIES - NEW PICS

One of my clients has a prototype machine ( I dunno what it's called). It basically makes one-off injection molds and fabricates all at the same time. He's willing to bang out a few high cap mags for the new shotty. :D

I just wanted to double check if there are any legal issues I need to worry about?

Thanks.

Keep us updated!!! that would be awesome!

Does anyone know the part with the two metal arms that connects to the fore grip and that holds the firing pin? What's it called again? Sorry for the noob question. I think I warped one trying to put a FAB foregrip on it. Where would be the best place to order a new part like this?

The two bars are called the action bars.

Arwen Ace can usually be counted on for factory new or gently used parts for the Remingtons.

mag fed 12guage

I still reading all of the forum, really good reading.Does Can Ammo still offer the shotgun with the mag fed and a soild stock with the pistol grip.Length I will discuss when I see if this is still available. Thanks Samson

Grizzly arrived today, 20 Aug, 12 days from order to arrival. She needs a good cleaning and is a little rough around the edges (nothing a bit of shooting and detail strip/clean/dehone won't sort out). I'm very happy with her.

Stock arrived today. Off to EOHC this weekend to zero and pattern. Still waiting for my IC choke, so will stick to bird and buck.

Canam, do you know what material the folding stock is made of, the handle and butt end seem to be a hard plastic, but the hinge is alum. must be something molded over the alum.

it seems to be very hard that when drilled is dry almost like graphite.

There is a steel bar inside the folding stock.

Question, is it possible to hook up the mag feeding mechanisism with a remington without major madification?

Where the mag well is located the Grizzly receiver has a different shape than an 870, and the mag well appears to be attached to the receiver by brazing. The bolt carrier is also different as there is a piece screwed to the bottom of the bolt carrier. There are other differences, including but not limited to: trigger mechanism lacks the shell lifter; no shell stops; extended slide release lock; etc.

Changing a Remington to this configuration would certainly require major modifications.
