That barrel doesn't look much over 15, maybe 16 inches. Wouldn't be near the interest if they were restricted....at least not on the scale of the pump action Grizzlies.

From all the comments on this site as well as my own experience I believe the magazine thread is correct but the outside diameter is on the larger side.

If the extension manufacture makes their part on the small side then they will not fit.

I can just get my wingmaster and express magazine endcap to work on a Grizzly.

Your options are (depending on actual measured values) is to either turn down the diameter of the magazine thread (which may not leave you with enough thread depth) or open up the inside diameter of the extension (which may now make it a custom part for your Grizzly).
