They are a specific "package" that is being shipped by SIG... we don't get to mix and match... there are no large or small options on that one... it's take it as SIG offers it to us and we did.

The packages that they will be shipping shortly are exactly as we've described it... they are "Medium Grip". They may offer different grips for this package later but we have very little info on that at this time. The P250 product line is still being "rolled out" and that roll-out will continue for the rest of 2008 as they release the Full Size models, more calibres, accessories, etc..

Haven't even seen 229 SAS models showing up on the SIG inventory lists the past while. I suppose we could do a custom order for someone but we wouldn't even be able to estimate the delivery timeframe. Cost is also an issue... SIG won't sell that model with a 106mm barrel so we end up having to install the 106mm SIG barrel after purchase, meaning it drives the price up considerably.

I doubt it... not enough demand to justify producing 106mm barrels for it and cost to produce small quantities would be prohibitive.

Yes they do, but a 229 mag will not fit a 226. I use 9mm 226 mags in my .40cal 229.

Any info on the fullsize P250 making it here? I'd like to get one in .45ACP if I could ever find one...
