Since the old thread got bogged down with sight pictures and whatnot I thought Id do tse a favor and post some new sig ####. Luckily they made a mistake on my order and sent me green when I asked for black, turns out I prefer the green! :D

I cant wait to take it out for a spin. Its shorter them my vz58 when folded so it gets pretty small. Definitely my favorite firearm now and lets just say that if I could mate with this rifle, I would!

Gorgeous dude, thanks for posting. I wish the damn Ontario CFO would haul ass with mine. Where did you get the 20-rounders? What kind of bag is that in the first few pics?

I wish we could get those here.

theres a company in the US modifying 556's into proper sigs :D check the sig forum

yea, my cfo was pretty quick suprisingly, the 20 rounder came with my classic green, it makes the rifle less clumsy but not sure if its worth the loss of 10 rounds (theoretically of course) What do people prefer these days, 20's or 30's?

Bag is a surplus German mountain troop bag from ebay, awesome bang for $

Wow that's freaking sweet!!!! I really hope the CFO hurries up too. I went in to buy a black and left with a green one... I'm now convinced it looks way better on these :sniper:

I've been thinking about picking one up for a while now....maybe less thinking and more getting is in order.

nice pics by the way

How's the weight on it? Not much shorter than the full length... I picked up a black special at Epps once, right after previously holding a stock 14.5" M4. Was comparitively heavy..

The difference between the carbine (14.3) and the fullsize is night and day. Try one out if you can get a chance.

its a bit lighter but its a lot less nose heavy and much more point-able...the diff is like night and day for sure. Having the muzzle right near the front sight is much more beneficial for close quarters stuff since you are able to judge the end of your weapon
