Beautiful! Just be careful not to take it out in sub-zero temperatures...the barrel will shrink to just below the 4" limit, and it'll become prohibited...:rolleyes:

Seriously, though, I've always loved the look of S&W revolvers. Fantastic craftsmanship!

Love it man. Really do. I seem to be prone to buying the older ones, don't know why. But the 4.15 factory is appealing. Minus the Hillory Hole it would be perfect
 
So nice to see more blued revolvers coming out from Smith again, the stainless is very functional, and great for a service or competition gun that will see holster wear, but to shoot and own, the blue is just so much more attractive.

S&W 586's are what you bang thousands of rounds through in all weather on the firing line. Smooth, reliable, repeatable and punishable. Maybe if you have to carry one for duty, ...then it will get you out of any jam you'd find yourself in. Distinguished Combat Magnum, ..there's a deserving title.:agree:

.......now a Python,....here's something that would never see a firing line, but would be nice to show to the girlfriend while she's doing ones hair nevertheless.:p:p

people find so nice about the python.is it just preferance
or is there somthing magic about it.
Cuz i actually think its kinda ugly. plez dont hate me for sayn

Other than collector significance .
I would take a smith and wesson any day .

Agreed, i think ano older model 27 or 29 looks better then a python.
