New Spokane gun store

Just got back from Spokane. Unfortunately it's only open Tues - Sat. Looks like I'll have to do another road trip soon.
On Division, right across the street from Brock's gun store, and about a block north of the White Elephant, on the west side.
And yes, the sign and store are real.

What are WA laws regarding Canadians buying guns? Can I purchase restricted (handguns) there? How about black rifles?
