Not to mention the cost of retail/comercial property in Toronto. Petawawa/Pembroke is clearly the obvious choice.

you have to make a store in thunder bay. we only got 3 gun shops in town. and there is a good market for you here. all three shops are normally packed to full to walk in some times.
(thats why i do lots of online purchases but hate the shipping costs.)

To cold in Winterpeg, you need to come to the Fraser Valley. Lots of farms, gun nuts and and best all WARM.
