New Steiner T5Xi scopes

The big question is when they will be available in Canada, and the price. Canada is waaay behind and always has been. There are already several places in the US taking preorders for the new NF ATACR F1 scopes. Spoke to some dealers in Canada inquiring about the same and they said "huh" not even aware that NF announced the new models.
I was inquiring about a S&B scope with a CGN sponsor and I asked about the new T5xi 5-25 and they said they can get them, price they believed would be $3375.... I think I'll just stick with the S&B. Not sure if there confused with the M5 military model or ? Time will tell I guess.
Those guys are out to lunch Jay. The new T5xi will not even be close to 3400 Canadian. US MSRP for the 5-25 is 1999.00. Pretty sure I know who you talked to too ��.
Would any vendor that sell Burris be able to sell a Steiner T5xi? The Steiner T5xi is made by Burris.
It'll be nice to see some reviews come out, especially to see how they stack up against the Vortex Razor Gen II. I held one a few hours ago today and was quite impressed but was put off a little by the 3000$ price tag and the hefty weight. I've neevr put my hands on an S&B so I guess I don't yet have that best of the best reference point. I think to date the nicest glass I've looked through was a Khales FFP scope and that too was 3000$+. If Steiner manages to produce something of similar quality at a 2000$ price point I will be very interested.
Volkswagen owns Lamborghini as well, I guess they're being banged out of the factory alongside $15k City Jettas? Just because they are owned by the parent company (Porsche:Volkswagen, Steiner:Actually its Beretta) doesnt mean they come off the same assembly line.
Oh. I just wanted to point out that the T5xi was made by Burris for anyone that didn't know that. Nothing more. Anything else is quite irrelevant.
From what I've read Burris doesn't make the T5xi, they are made under the same roof but two completely separate operations.

They must have something set up. Cabela's Canada already sell the GS3 and the Predator Xtreme. They're the same idea, German glass and assembled at Burris.

Maybe Cabela's Canada could be the first to sell the T5xi in Canada?
Some people were posting US MSRP pricing on the Hide. 1999.00 retail with some vendors selling for less. Our dollar is tanking bad a the moment, but I'm optimistic for a 2400.00 dollar price point in Canada. Just going to have to wait and see.
Ouch! There is a couple of others out there at that price to be considered.........
