New Support ticket system

I am testing a new support ticket system. Hopefully, it will eliminate any confusion or lost emails, etc and allow us to provide better, faster service.

If you would like to help us test the new system, please send your email inquiries to support@canadaammo.freshdesk.com instead of the usual email or website form.

We are only testing this at this time. It will be integrated into the website once we decide to adopt it. For now it is only through the email above

Existing system works fine on my end . Why change?
I have used after sale support numerous times.
the existing system is just emails, and will remain. However, it does not allow us to track whether it has be completed, etc or assign an agent, or work as a team to solve an issue. Sometimes an email is forwarded several times, or someone is on vacation and it sits until they get back, etc.

for instance, someone returns a product. Right now we have no way to follow up if it does not arrive, or to issue an RMA, etc
 
Just saw this after I had sent an email regarding two errors in my most recent order. Hope you don't mind, but I forwarded my original email to this new support email as well.
