Yes it is from Turkey.
I do not think that it is interchangeable with with 870 or 500/590 parts.
870 for sure not interchangeable.
If it is made in Turkey and Mossberg made in Turkey maybe it is interchangeable with Mossberg but it is not confirmed just my thoughts out loud.
