New Target Rifle Rig With V-Seeker Stock

Over the winter Maynard and I were busy designing and creating a new Target Rifle stock and soon to be an F-class stock. (With Maynard doing most of the work of course!!!:p ) The specs are: Everything is Precision CNC Machine. The stock itself is made out of 7075 Aluminum and the fore-stock is out of Hard Maple. We design it so it can almost fit any type of rifle. And as we test fired it, it shoots like a dream:D

I was looking more for a 'ball park' price, and I thought it would be nice to ask in a open forum so that punters, like me' would know if we should be having wet-dreams about living happily-ever-after with one of your stocks.
 
The price for a custom made "V Seeker" stock fitted to your action is $1000.
Cheap compared to a Gemini, Millennium, Anschutz or Grünig & Elmiger. Not quite as fancy as some of those, but how many adjustment do you need?
The finished stocks will be anodized (I am looking into different colours). Once we put Syxx15's new Millennium action into it, I couldn't pry it out of his hands:p So this one may not get to be anodized. He was nice enough to let me test fire it, and the recoil from his .308 felt like a .223.:D
The "V Seeker" will take any AR style grip (some need a slight mod).
If you would like to supply your own grips, fancy wood, hardware or material, we can work out a price. :cool:
 
It balances very well, most of the weight is around the action area. It may not make the weight if a heavy Palma contour barrel is used, but either will a Millennium stock.:mad: If Syxx15 would have left the rifle with me for a few more days I could have got an exact weight. :p I think he slept with it Saturday night:p
 
Complete rifle with sights and handstop weighs 6.35 Kg. (Weighed in at the post office, of all places). The balance point is around the barrel shank. This Millennium action has a 30" regular Palma contour barrel.
 
Finished a V Seeker stock for a Wichita yesterday and now have to finish one for a lefthanded Wichita. The Wichita weighed in at 6 KG right on the money.

The ladies in the post office laugh every time I go in there to weigh a rifle. You can only get away with that in a small town post office;)

Both V Seeker stocks will be in the firing line in Borden this weekend. I just hope they are not planning to use them against me to win this year:D
