New to casting and coating.

what does pc'ing have for thickness?
found some .379 bullets, but a rifle has .379 grooves, Would these shoot best as is or with the extra size after pc'ing?
Depends.

Hardness of lead, there is always some obturation when the cartridge is fired. You may be ok???

Pc can add up to three thou depending on the type of pc. You can also do multiple layers.
With adding pc, you may be ok???

Only real way of knowing what works for your gun is to actually shoot some bullets

7-8 week wait list in Calgary, 3 weeks ago when I got on the list. Flashing went up $12 on Amazon, after I bought the "last one".
Imagine that! See below ref material.
At those prices, buy a check making die
Got any recommendations as to dies and materials? My brother works at a sheet metal place, so I know I can get the material. Just what thickness, do you recommend ?

Even cheaper, I made my own. Drawings are available on the net.

This is what I use. "Standard .014"
I had to go to the contractors desk and get them to order it in. The usually only carry the economy grade.
