I assume your rifle has an accutrugger if it is adjustable, and 3 lbs is a resonable wieght for starting out. Remember to squeeze the trigger, not snap it as you would with a shot gun. Every shot should be a surprise, don't anticipate it. That's where flinching comes from... well that and the recoil kicking your teeth loose
