New to Glock, which one to buy???

Are you selling these guns Wendell?

The first photo of Glock 23, is that Gen 4 or 3? Is it new?

Also, another member said that the factory barrels are prohibited. Is that true?

First photo is a gen 2 perhaps early gen 3. The second is Gen 3. Yes the stock barrels are prohibited such as the first photo, the second is the legal/restricted length barrel.

There are only 2 calibers for Glock as far as I'm concerned: 9mm or .40.

If you want a .45 ACP then get a 1911, that's what they are built for.

Also, if you want .40 get the Gen4, the dual recoil spring is an added bonus as well as the extended mag release.

For 9mm, you can go either way, the dual recoil spring doesn't add anything to the 9mm, so I'd find a cheaper Gen3.
