New to me beautiful BSA Imperial Featherweight with a cool 'Red Ram' scope.

It's labelled:
Red Ram
4x40
Fully coated
Nitrogen Filled
Image Moving
(Then an E in a diamond)

It's got a German post reticle with a fine horizontal wire and it's quite clear.

Can anyone tell me about it? I can post pictures of both later, got it a few hours ago and now friends are over, but I'll try to post up soon.
