New to me TOZ-12, best group I ever shot

Many thanks again to blacktailslayer who as luck would have it had this rifle for sale on the EE. this is a ten shot group at fifty yards using american eagle 40 grain solids. This is the best fifty yard group I have ever shot with a rimfire and the fact that I did it with open sights impressed all that were there to witness it. Before we shot today there was a couple people wanting to know if I wanted to sell the rifle, and of course after we shot they really wanted it. I told them it is definately not for sale but it will be willed to one of them. Perhaps that was not the smartest think to say either

Might want to try giving the 50 yard open match a try that I run on here (in the online matches). You would do quite well

I was thinking of picking that TOZ12 up to go with my TOZ17 when I saw it on the EE, I wish I had now. Glad it went to a good home. The wood looks awesome on that thing.

CyaN1de to be honest I bought it for the looks over anything and I am very happy that it is a shooter. Last night my neighbor informed me that he had the same rifle and offered to me as well. Of course that was an offer I could not refuse

Those TOZ's are sleepers.....great shooters and I love the finish on them. If you ever want to sell it, make sure to keep me in mind. I wouldn't hesitate again.

The list of takers is getting so long now I would have to think about auctioning it off, I mean to actually have to pick the buyer from the list could be stressful. Then I would have to conduct interview so make sure it goes to the right person, inspect storage facilities to make sure it is in a good home, previous experience and handling techniques to ensure its safety...........I think I have to keep this one

That is a pretty nice group, especially considering you were using AE ammo. For kicks buy a box of target ammo and see what it can do.
