Hello everyone! I'm mainly here to find more cool stuff to shoot, and stuff to shoot out of those things I find. Right now I'm shooting a Model 1895 Marlin in 45-70. One of the newer ones made under Ruger. Smooth as butter. I was told by a couple people I know that it was a screamin deal. I love this thing, I know ballistically it's not a great all around rifle, but I think it's not bad. I've only shot it once so far and I'm itching to go back out. My range orientation is this weekend so I'm hoping to get more time behind the sights on Saturday or Sunday!

Any tips or tricks for the 45-70 or Marlins would be great! My dad reloads so I'm hoping to learn from him to help with ammo.

Besides that, you'll mostly see me around here searching for ammo deals for my big girl and buckshot for my 20 gauge. Got plenty for the 12 already.

Congrats! Got mine last week in 30-30, plenty for my needs. It's the prettiest rifle I have.

Spread the word and joy. Try sign up as many as you can. I've been making friends and family get their licenses and start owning for years now..

I love mine too, prettiest rifle I've seen in person! I'm going to look for something like a 30-30 as well. I love lever guns!
