New to range shooting, hunted plenty of times, just no range

Hello all, noob to the ranges setup, im getting a gear bag ready, I know I need my rifle, disabled somehow to be safe, ammunition, magazines if used, ear and eye protection. What else would you all suggest? And would I take my own targets?

Im aiming to build a kit with tools, cleaning items amd some brass rods incase I get a squib in the barrel

Yes, you need your own targets. Pins or staple gun for sure. Lube and small basic cleaning kit.

Thanks, I figured that, gotta pick some up lol, now the quest for either lanolin or thw case lube, either will work, making case lube haha
