What caliber are you going to reload? Details would be nice. It's generally recommended for a novice reloader to start with a single stage press and then graduate to a progressive like the Dillon RL 650.
That said, you'll never go wrong with anything Dillon. Best warrantee on the planet and the folks are pleasant to deal with. I'll give you an example: I lost a spring for my RL 650 during a move. I phoned Dillon and explained my trouble and told them I wanted to buy a new spring....even had my Mastercard out. The good folks there WARANTEED MY OWN STUPIDITY. They sent me a new small parts kit including a new spring....FREE. I didn't even have to pay for postage.
Can't top that in this day and age.
Good luck in your endeavors! PM me if you have questions. I've been reloading for 20+ years. Not an expert, but I have done it with both single stage and progressive.

Robert
