$125 For a Lee Breechlock Challenger press kit will include all the tools
to make ammo (excluding dies and a caliper) Very serviceable.
$400 for the Hornady Lock and Load kit. Very nice press, other stuff has
good reviews.
$800 will get you Cabela's Rock Chucker Supreme Deluxe Reloading Kit by RCBS. The benchmark of presses, the Cadillac of powder dispensers, the case prep centre....all of which will last you forever.
Unfortunately, everybodies kit contains one brand of equipment. Like SoBored pointed out, brand snobbery gets you nowhere. They all make great stuff. None of them make the best of everything, for your needs.
Nope, no license needed to buy brass, primers, powder, bullets or any of the equipment needed to put it together.
